Here at Looks Unlimited our clients come first. We are a full service salon that takes pride in creating an uplifting atmosphere and a positive experience for each and every client.

Judy and Francis Soehnel opened Looks Unlimited on February 4, 1986. They employed two stylists at that time, both of their daughters, Shannan Suchyta and Susan Trautner. Shannan was with us for twelve years.

Shannan has recently retired from the Bay City Public Schools. She is currently doing the payroll and bookwork for Looks Unlimited. She also assists with a variety of different jobs at the salon.

After working full time for 31 years, Judy has reduced her schedule to part time. Susan Trautner is managing the daily operations at Looks Unlimited assisted by Julie Stefaniak and Hannah Roth.

We offer several levels of expertise and service prices when it comes to choosing a stylist. Their prices are determined by the level of advanced training they have had during their career and years of experience. Susan Trautner is an American Board Certified Haircolorist. She has taken higher level training at Wella Studios in New York and Chicago. We can book an appointment based on pricing and the level of experience you are looking for.
